NDBS is led by Nader Zoljalali; a professional whose combination of qualifications and industry standing is virtually unique in the Australian NDIS home modification sector. Nader holds an engineering degree and is a Chartered Professional Engineer registered on the National Engineering Register (NER). His earlier years as a licensed builder gave him firsthand knowledge of how construction projects are actually delivered, the trade coordination, the compliance pressures, and the moments where things go wrong and why. That progression from licensed builder through to chartered engineer means he understands both what a builder is doing on site and what a funding body needs to see on paper. Very few practitioners in this field can say the same. Over more than a decade focused on accessibility and the NDIS, Nader has delivered over 200 complex home modification projects. These are structural, multitrade projects requiring detailed scoping, technical compliance, NDIS documentation, and careful management of participants living through construction in their own homes. Nader has provided expert witness testimony in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in matters involving NDIS home modification disputes and currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Home Modifications Australia (MOD.A); the national peak body for the sector. He has contributed to the Housing Industry by serving on HIA’s Industrial Relations and Legal Services Committee in South Australia. That combination of delivery experience, technical credentials, and national leadership is what NDBS brings to every project.
